For new police chief, working in Victoria is dream come true
Ten years ago, as Chief Robert Arredondo Jr. was driving home from a weeklong training session in Corpus Christi, he decided to stop in Victoria and have a look around.
The City Council appointed members to the Tourism Advisory Board and the Victoria Sales Tax Development Corporation and heard an update on the four master plans currently being developed.
